The Minsk “TETS-3” RUP “Minskenergo”

State enterprise “Scientific-research Institute of building production” in 2015-2016 executed the survey of above-ground part of the Foundation of the turbine PT-60-130/13 St. №5 branch “Minsk TETS-3”, RUE “Minskenergo” and developed the project of production of works (PPR) to strengthen the above-ground part of the Foundation of the turbine.

 We believe that the State enterprise “Scientific-research Institute of building production” is equipped with experienced and responsible professionals who know how to solve the tasks of any complexity in accordance with the current technical – normative legal acts of the Republic of Belarus. During the work of the staff of the state enterprise “Scientific-research Institute of building production” have recommended  themselves as highly qualified specialists, who quickly and efficiently resolve issues that arise in the process.

 Work has been performed qualitatively, in accordance with the terms of reference in full and to agreed deadlines. We don’t have any claims to quality of works, developed and published documentation.

PE “Ukrteplohydroizolyatsiya”

         Solving the problem of energy efficiency in Ukraine is inextricably linked with the question of choosing the most effective insulating materials. Herewith within economic terms primarily they should be effective, because environmental and other aspects in terms of ultra-high price of natural gas and other energy take a back seat in consumers. Therefore, to maximize meet the needs of its clients, in 2007, our company turned to the experts of economics department of management and construction of SE “RIBP” with request to conduct a comparative analysis of different types of heaters that are implemented by our company.

         In our request, specialists of SE “RIBP” led by PhD, Docent Vahovych I.V. quickly and efficiently conducted all the necessary calculations and convincingly confirmed that, considering the value and term of usage of polyurethane, polystyrene and mineral wool insulation precisely insulation via polyurethane has the lowest payback period for both roofs and facades of residential buildings.

         We thank specialists of SE “RIBP” for their work and wish them as fully realize their creative scientific potential in the field of construction industry of Ukraine.

Ltd “Monolit Budservis”

    Since its founding, our company pays great attention to safety of work in the construction of multi-storey frame-monolithic objects. Complex architectural forms of some facilities do not allow using fencing defined by SBS A.3.2-2-2009.

       Having faced with this problem, we appealed to the SE “RIBP” as an institution, which promises to resolve any construction problems. And we were right. The specialists of laboratory of industrial technology and energy efficiency in construction, including Cesis RA, carefully studied architectural and design features of our project and offered non-standard but effective solution with the installation of protective fencing, with a reasonable price. As a result, our company in 2015 built 3 multi-storey buildings using developed defense system using catching nets.

     In 2016 our cooperation on this issue has continued on a large number of different multi objects that need, in connection with complex architectural forms, taking unconventional decisions of arrangement protective fencing.

     So before you are going to appeal to private firms with inexplicable qualification, I recommend everyone to get expert advice and maybe solve your complex tasks in SE “RIBP”.

The Executive Committee of the Ukrainka City Council

            In 2015 in our Ukrainka city happened tragedy – a fire in a high-rise on the Communication 5 Street.  In concurrence with this one apartment was completely destroyed, and the worst thing is that one person met doom. And almost immediately it was arisen the following question: what to do with damaged structures, whether they are applicable for restoration and further use?

            In our request SE “RIBP” quickly and efficiently completed the survey identified not only the ability to recover damaged structures, but also offered specific design solutions for their recovery.

            Currently, construction is successfully restored; residents don’t have any claims. Therefore, the executive committee of Ukrainian City Council would like to thank the professionals of survey, comprehensive diagnostic and experimental design of buildings and structures department of SE “RIBP” under the direction Chukanova N.P. for the speed, quality and teamwork. We wish the management and staff of SE “RIBP” further success in the field of building science development and practice in Ukraine!

Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany)

         Further development of Kyiv as a tourist capital of Ukraine is impossible without the presence within it of Contemporary International Airport. Realizing it, since 2008 at the Airport “Kyiv (Juliani”) it was developed series of works to improve its functional properties, including the renovated and extended runway, updated lighting equipment, put into operation a new platform, designed for parking medium-range aircraft built A new terminal for international flights and so on. However, a number of buildings the airport, built in Soviet times, does not meet modern realities and standards of safety and service of air transportation of passengers.

         With this in mind, in 2014 we turned to experts SE “RIBP” to survey the technical condition and Certification of the first stage of development. And we were right. The work was done in time, the budget was real experts – the young but already quite competent, conclusions and recommendations – logical and reasonable. We thank the administration and staff SE “RIBP” for their work and wish to continue to maintain a high level of professionalism and responsibility in the current difficult times.

PC JSC “Podiliya”

            The division of our company Kryzhopolskyy Sugar Factory was created in 1986. Accordingly, the vast majority of complex structures of the plant are about 30 years is in active use. This led to many injuries, assess the danger and determine which methods of elimination can only specialists.

            In Ukraine, currently have several research institutions can successfully solve these problems, but it is the SE “NDIBV” offered the best price and terms of examination.

            As a result of sector of Special Structures specialists under the direction of V. Basanskiy were not only damaged by saving silos for bulk sugar, elevator tower, but also by their causes, the calculations of the bearing capacity of structures, developed a set of measures to restore the structures and ensure continued reliable operation of buildings. We are pleased the quality and speed of the staff SE “NDIBV”, so if necessary, we will refer to them in the future.
