Kotlyarenko Andriy Olehovych is an engineer of I category of special research and quality in construction sector
He was born in 1985 in Kyiv. In 2007 he graduated from Kyiv national University of construction and architecture.
He started his career in 2007 in the sector of quality in construction in Research Institute of building production. Together with a team of sector working to address the issues of quality management of construction products at all stages of its creation: engineering research-design-production of construction materials, products and structures — construction of buildings and structures.
İn the result of this cooperation it was prepared normative-methodical materials on the issues of system management of quality, quality assurance of specific structural elements of buildings and structures.
With the participation of Andriy Olehovych it was performed surveys of existing protective structures in the state and proposals to ensure their performance properties.
