It was developed standard process map for the installation: ventilation shafts, Elevator shafts and bathrooms; ceiling typical floor, ceiling loggias, staircases, fencing of balconies (loggias); exterior and interior walls typical floor; the walls on the ground floor large-panel apartment houses on the basis of a series 121-176 (t) using ferroconcrete products of JSC “Zavod ZHBK №1”.
In each typical it is given requirements to the materials and equipment intended for use in the installation of structures; described processes for organization and technology of work of installation; describes the ways and means of quality control of works; describes the activities for safe execution of works on installation.
In 2015, on the base of new research anti-corrosion paints, the most resistant in the conditions of reinforced concrete structures, standard routings, changes were made regarding processing technology, embedded parts, and welded joints to protect them from corrosion.
