Standard series of walling consructions of single-storey agricultural buildings on the basis of raw material resources
Calculation, design and reinforcing of wall panels are based on the latest regulatory requirements with the use of computer technology. As a result, in comparison with the equivalent (series 1.832.1-8), reduced consumption of steel by 10-15%. Consumption of concrete (cement) it was reduced spendings by 15-20%. In comparison with reinforced concrete sandwich panels in series 1.832.1-8 and the code of 1600-PS thermal resistance of the heat transfer structures is increased in 2-2,5 times. In this regard, in 1,5-2 times reduced energy consumption for heating of buildings.
It was firstly developed a simplified system of selection panels depending on the outside air temperature, temperature and air humidity in the premises, number of animals in the room.
