Mobile installations for preparation of foam concrete
UMP-1 and UMP-2 mobile installations, is designed for making non-autoclave hardening foamed concrete using cement binder and stable technical foam.
The installation consists of tray-type foam mixer and foam generator. Discharging the foam produced by the sleeve under air pressure.
UMP-1 and UMP-2 installations characteristics respectively: volume of the mixer is m3 0,30 and 0,60.; capacity – up to 1.5 and up to 3.0 m3 per hour; foam concrete volume mass is 300-1000 kg/m3; the installed capacity is 3.3 and 4.5 kW; dimensions are 1.8 x 0.9 x 1.1 and 1.9×1,3×1,4 m; weight – 400 and 560 kg.
