Geodesic control of geometrical parameters of buildings, elevator shafts, crane tracks
- Geodesic control of geometrical parameters is a complex of geodesic works aimed to ensure compliance of the design, spatial and geometric parameters of elements, structures, parts and the whole building (construction), and is an integral part of the production quality control of construction works.
2. Who and in what cases needs this service.
It is performed by construction and mounting organization (contractor, contractor, subcontractor) in the process of buildings construction or the construction of utilities.
Customer of construction carries out control measurements of geometric parameters of buildings, 30% of the totalcapacity, for which involved foreign organizations with the right to perform specified activities.
It is allowed to perform this type of work at the request of design organizations.
At the canning and restarting of construction the necessary thing is to perform executive removing of built elements of buildings (structures).

4. Steps (if it are any of them) and timing of these stages.
- Geodesic control of accuracy of geometrical parameters of buildings consists in:
- Geodetic (instrumental) verifying of compliance with the provisions of designs, components parts of buildings (structures) and engineering networks with utilities design requirements in their installation and temporary fastening;
- Executive geodesic removing of planned altitude and position of structures and parts of structures (buildings) after installation (installation, conclusion) and the final fixing and the actual provision of utilities.
5. Necessary equipment.
Geodesic control of accuracy of geometrical parameters is performed by special geodetic instruments – levellers, tachometer or theodolites.
