Head of the laboratory and experimental high-rise construction” (2012).
He was born in 1954 in Shevchenkove village, Malyn district, Zhytomyr region.
In 1977 he graduated from the Kiev civil engineering Institute, specialty “Industrial and civil construction.
Total work experience consists of 37 years;
In state enterprise “Scientific-research Institute of building production” he works durıng 7 years.
During the work in the state enterprise “Research Institute of building production” the Head of laboratory “and experimental high-rise construction V.P.Maksimenko has been and is an responsible executor of many works.
Ph. D., senior researcher V. P. Maksimenko performs the redundant calculations and scientific analysis of the new high-rise projects and experimental facilities in Ukraine and in other countries.
He was awarded honorary diploma of the Academy of construction of Ukraine for long-term use and implementation of software complexes LIRA in design practice (2014)
He was awarded honorary diploma of the Ministry of regional development for a significant personal contribution to the development of the construction industry (2015).
