Sector of research, geodetic engineering development and implementation of control methods in construction

Sector of research, development and implementation of geodetic engineering control methods in construction over the years of its existence carried out works related to geodetic ensurance of construction works, topographical surveys and geophysical monitoring of the technical condition of buildings and structures in the period of changed operating conditions and during construction of new facilities.

 The sector successfully cooperates with the State service of Ukraine for geodesy, cartography and cadastre, Kyiv University of construction and architecture. In October it was held the scientific-technical conference 2011 “Geodesic support of construction: modern state, problems, prospects”.

Our clients are KP “Spetszhilfond”, KP “Zhitloinvestbud-UCB” KP “Cialispicture”, NSC “Olympic” and others.

Our services:

Performed works:

  1. Geodetic support of construction works during reconstruction of NSK “Olympic” in the scope of work for scientific-technical support of enterprises CTAs using instrumental methods, new techniques and process maps to study the accuracy of the geometric parameters: the VIP area, the fan zone, cold zone, Italian patio, media area, zone, bus, kitchen area, sports arenas, football fields, athletic tracks and sectors, the underground Parking, when applying lower and upper tiers of the stands, when constructing a canopy over the stadiumand flyovers, utilities.
  2. Geodetic instrumentation and monitoring of structures of the upper tier of the stands with regard to the influence of construction and erection works, buildings, Lota, OOO, the 13-storey building of the sports complex and retaining walls landslide slopes, instrumental geodetic measurement stability of source-altimetric network of NSK “Olympic” with the development of design solutions for construction of new deep benchmarks, the project of geodetic monitoring for the period of operation of the NSC “Olympic”.
  3. Geodetic monitoring and control during the execution of the construction works
  4. – adjacent buildings in the historical district of Kiev, runways, Ilyichevsky sea trading port and Cherkasy CHP, the main buildings LCD “bilichi”, RK “Encouraging” and the main building and the chimney RK “Husbandman” branch “Heat networks Kyivenergo”, when you replace a working gate Kanevsky, Kakhovka, Kremenchug locks.

 Currently the sector is developing a project of SSU B D. 2.1-XX:201Х “Resource element estimate norms for engineering investigations for construction”.
